1.Principle

   Plastic electroluminescent panel display adopt the electroluminescence (EL) principle, it is the kind of physics photoluminescence to transforms directly the electrical energy into light energy .It is through plus the load alternating voltage between the  two electrodes in the EL component, thus and under certain frequency, lead  the electric field stimulation luminescent material luminescence.White color and color through the blue light and fluorescent agent conversion.

3. Application

    Early for technical reasons，we can only make small area of EL panel.So it is mainly used in the instrument ,meter lighting and LCD back light source, etc.KPT company now have solved large area of EL panel. Through the fluorescence quantum innovation patent technology, realize the color lifetime and widely applied to the commercial area of advertising and decoration.

4. Advantage

    1) Thin：Thickness is about 0.2~0.5mm, save space and easy to observe.The traditional fluorescent tubes and LED light boxes are required for a certain thickness of space，normally about 2-20cm. Channel use full advantage.

    2) Light：Weight:500g/m2. Easy to install as light box backlight.Traditional light box requires complex and heavy construction to complete the installation.This product just need double sided adhesive or transparent tape to paste in the required position.

    3) Flash: Neon dynamic can be advertised by the content of the picture.Scientific test certificate.Strange dynamic advertising picture will be attented more 50% than the traditional static light box advertising picture.

    4) Soft: Flexible.Free bending, cutting and drilling.Easy to stick on any of the column.Suitable for the place which traditional lamp box can not reach.

    5) Panel luminescence： Luminous clarity.LED is a point of light.Fluorescent tube is the line of light.These two kinds of light sources are not uniform in large area.And this product is printed on the plane.It is even,delicate,has high transparency and visible distance.They have good penetration in fog, rain and smoke.Outdoor advertising is not affected by the weather.

    6) Energy saving, environmental protection, safety: This product only produce light not heat.Energy consumption is ordinary light box 1/10,about 6mW/cm².Photoelectric conversion rate is above 95%.It can be charged by solar power.It has no ultraviolet radiation,neon lamp and fluorescent lamp mercury hazards.No danger of small current.Operating ambient temperature:-30-60 degree.

    7) Abrasion and compression resistance: Shape plasticity.Will not be damaged by external extrusion, failure.Even split into a number of small pieces,it can still retain the original light as usual in electrode pieces.Can be used in the ground arbitrary trample.

    8) Beautiful and soft: The picture uses outdoor light portrait.It won't change color after one  year.Indoor advertising uses digital Printing photo film.High definition and two colors.It  can use tape portrait and traditional advertising as material.It is a beautiful picture of the advertisement when it doesn't shine at the day.At night, the screen will flash after the electricity.The visual effect is very artistic and strong.
